It seems that KS as a whole, wants to burden its population when it comes to learning rather than encourage it. It burdens its users w fees, rather high ones, for everything. Their summer hours are not particularly family friendly either. I miss our happy and cost friendly (virtually free) libraries in Colorado. What a shame.
