Once the arrangement was finalized and plants purchased she told us when they would be delivered and set up. The arrangement exceeded our expectation, it was truly beautiful and perfectly complimented the memorial. Several other beautiful arrangements were at the memorial we later found was also created by Sharron's Flower House. I am more than happy to say they were easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and they were reasonably priced. I will use them for any future floral business needs I may have.

My wedding was originally planned for May 2, 2020 but thanks to Covid, our wedding moved to August 15, 2020 and then again to May 8, 2020. When we rescheduled both times Shirley agreed in writing to the new dates. On January 7, 2020 I paid her the remaining balance on our event via PayPal. On March 23rd I reached out to confirm her arrival time for our wedding. At this point Shirley acted as if she had completely forgotten about our event and in a round about way said she could not provide the florals we had contracted her services to provide. The Flower Truck broke our contract. Simply put. At this point, I was floored. I was 40 days from my wedding and my florist is saying "can't do it." And at no point did she take any responsibility for the situation. When I made it clear I wanted a refund bc now I had to find a new florist I got the run around and was told she was keeping my deposit. I'm sorry, but that's not how contracts work. She offered to "split it" with me. And took it upon herself to short me $91.58 when I finally received the check. She also took it upon herself to write "full refund" on the memo of the temporary check that she mailed post dated along with a card where she blamed Covid and my bridesmaid for her failing to plan for the event I paid her to provide floral services for. Shirley is beyond unprofessional, unorganized, takes zero accountability, and is a liar. Do not use her to provide floral services for any event. And do not pay her in advance because you will not get your money back.

I had a craftsman self propelled mower my mother handed me and the thing sat in the shed for…read moreseveral years. We couldn't get it started even after putting fresh gas into it. Took it to Mark's expecting it to take a week or so before he could get to it. 2-3 days later, I get a call from them to come pick the mower up. I was worried that it was beyond anything he could do but I was relieved to hear it runs like a champ. They even helped load it into the back of my Blazer. Second time I used Mark's, we bought a generator and it would not turn over. Changed that gas as well and it made no difference. So off to Mark's it went. Again, I was expecting it to not be ready for a week at least. Imagine my surprise when the next day, I get a call to come get my generator. It runs like it's never had a problem. What really made me the happy camper was the price for the work. I was expecting to spend at least $100 for the mower and the same for the generator. The price for repairs came in well under that mark and around that for both jobs. I have recommended Mark's to friends of mine and I have another mower for them to take a look at. He's my new small engine guy and I have no problem recommending him to my friends and family.

I am extremely meticulous and demanding when it comes to my family's needs and Chris made sure my mother was matched with the right bed for her specific situation. He gave me his word that he would take good care of her and yes..he delivered. She spent at least two hours with him trying various mattresses and there was no pressure, no upselling, and no gimmicky sales tactics.
