Then they were mad at us because they were wrong. -- Hired this company through Lowe's and we ended up getting a refund. Heaton Construction came out to give us a quote. $720 for an under mount sink. We paid. Then they called back right before install to say they needed $200 more, even though the scope of the work hadn't changed. When the install day came the very unprofessional installer came in and was mad at us because we "told him he was installing a faucet." Sir, our quote and receipt say otherwise. After a lot of sighing, he went to Lowe's (he hadn't even picked up the said faucet?!) to pick up the sink and then told us he was having trouble because he didn't have the order number. Once again, mad at us, when they were the ones who ordered the sink, therefore had the order number. We got a refund for the labor, went and picked up the sink ourselves, and installed it. Silver lining is that we learned how to do something new.

The father and son dynamic duo were very careful and covered everything in plastic and the floors in paper. They worked on my house for 4 days. They ended up having to tear out the existing ceilings instead of just covering them up. They were very respectful and careful with their work. They took their time and made sure every cut was correct and it showed. I am still amazed at the excellent job they did. I completely 109% recommend them to work on anyone's house.
