I called Joe on Saturday and he came over on Monday to look at it. He opened up the inspection port for the distribution box and immediately knew what was wrong. Tree roots had gotten into it. He went to his truck, came back with a hook and was luckily able to pull them all out. Water started to flow out immediately to the leach field. Problem solved. I was thrilled. He set up an appointment for the next day to get the septic tank pumped and the D-box cleaned. I can't thank him enough for solving this for us quickly and as it turned out inexpensively.
