I get anxious when booking with a new stylist but Margo immediately put me at ease. She exudes confidence without arrogance. She listened to my preferences and adjusted along the way. I decided enough was enough and I would try the closest salon to me; the cat's meow. I have been regularly getting my hair cut here for around two years by Nicole. She's bleached, and dyed my hair vibrant colours. She made cuts appropriate for the length and my thick, wavy, huge amount of hair. (Including maintaining my pixie!) I have also had my nails done by Katie and Ashleigh. Both were done well and left me feeling like a million bucks! I can't gush about and recommend this salon enough. This style is especially popular in Asia so I trusted an Asian hairstylist to cut them. I gave him specific instructions on how I wanted them to be cut and showed some pictures too. He seemed like he understood well until he started chopping off my hair all the way above my eyebrows even though I had told him to only cut it to one centimetre below my eyebrows. I told him that he had cut them too short but then he just started saying that it looked better this way and that this was what the style in the pictures I showed him looked like, etc... I was extremely upset at that point, but since nothing much could be done about it, I held it in. After that I got my ends trimmed off. I would have rated the experience one star because of the horribly short bangs, but they were quite polite so I'll give them a star for that. I will not be returning.

I don't think the location's physically accessible, as there are 2-3 steps in the front. I didn't use the bathroom, so I can't comment on that. I visited Rachel, and her services were fabulous.
