**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.** My wife and I purchased a brand new MG from Col Crawford in July 2022 with the addition of a tow bar on the car. The dealership did not have any cars in stock with a tow bar but assured us prior to the sale that they will organise to have it installed within 3 months time. We purchased the car and it took 2 years, countless emails chasing this up and finally notifying Col Crawford that we will be going to Fair Trading to finally have it installed. Not only that, our Satellite Navigation feature has never worked in the car which is still yet to be fixed and seems to be swept under the rug as everything has yet again fallen silent from them in getting it fixed. Col Crawford truly earns the title of untrustworthy car salespeople who will say anything to get a sale and will not follow through until Fair Trading is mentioned. ALL BUYERS BEWARE, Purchased a used 2013 grand jeep cherokee in june 2018 and by september 2018 the electric steering pump needed replaced and the air conditioner also needed replaced .So anyone contemplating purchasing a used car save your self a lot of grief and take your business somewhere else , they have been ripping people off for 50 years .And no i didn't buy a new car but 3 months is not right . read more
