Had the worst experience with this Toyota branch. Went in to buy a van and was given a time line of a week to pick up the vehicle. A week later, still no car. Both the finance department and Howard in Sales wouldn't update us on the status of the vehicle and when we called to chase them, responded with "We are busy with customers". Finally, while the finance was getting approved, we get another deadline of extra week. Then when all the paperwork was done, they have the nerve to add yet another week on! 3 weeks wait for a vehicle that was promised will only take a week. Summary: Very poor service. Never updates you on status of vehicle and lied about the timing of when the vehicle would be available (we initially told Howard that we need the van ASAP and he said that can be arranged, we will have it in a week. 2.5 weeks later, still no car). All I can say is, we will never refer any of our friends or family to this place. read more

Friend of mine just bought a car from these guys. Very friendly on the yard but hopeless on the followup - unless of course you wanted to buy heaps of accessories. Didn't hear from them for a week while they fitted the accessories then didn't have them fitted when told to collect it! And, the terms of the finance changed without being notified. Worst of all they gave him the change of ownership and told him he had to do it himself at the RTA!. Very mickey mouse. Reminded me of the awful service I've had at Bill Buckle Service in Mona Vale. They are hopeless there also. However, Bill Buckle service in Brookevale are really good and take great care of my VW. read more
