He communicates well with tenants on any issues that may affect us. He fixes issues quickly and has made a number of improvements. I occasionally enjoy the food truck that Ryan contracted to come onsite! Its actually really amazing food especially when I dont have time to leave the office to find something in town. This is a well run place if you need an office or large secure yard for equipment. Location is really ideal. Easy on/off the 101 freeway.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more If I could rate zero stars, I would! S.O.S. Warning We have been beyond disappointed by their "service." We signed up for their virtual mail box in Santa Rosa in December 2020 and immediately we unable to login to our online portal. We tried to reset our password using the forgot password feature on their website and never receive the email to reset it. We have tried to contact support to have someone help us reset password and no one has been able to do so and we keep getting instructed to logon to our online portal and going to the help section to open a query when our problem is literally that we cannot login to our account. So frustrating. They were automatically deducting from our checking account we originally paid with in December 2020 and we've gotten threats for extra admin fees or late payments. We've been contacted by debt collectors on invoices we already paid to Regus. They do not accept payments at the office in person or on the phone. Only online and no one will help us get into our account. When we went in they said we haven't gotten any mail even though it has been months but told us we could sign up for the mail forwarding service if we wanted. We read the BBB rating on them a little too late which they are not BBB accredited, have an F and many, many complaints (more than we've ever seen a company have on BBB) so please reconsider if you are thinking about doing business with them--they are criminally immoral and just flat out scammers. It seems that ever location sucks equally but our experience is with the Santa Rosa Location. Will be reviewing anywhere we can so hopefully no one else has to go through what we have.. we are a new company and thought that they would help us by having a professional address for our mail but now we may be having to get a lawyer to defend us if they take legal action to uphold our contract with them. We pray we can get this sorted out without further heartache or it affecting the success of our business. Please please please don't take only our word for it! If you just READ THE BBB on Regus you will be able to choose another option and save yourself A LOT of trouble. They should not be allowed to be in business with the amount of people they have screwed over. It amazes me that they are able to continue to do so.

Most importantly, I was teaching a Zoom class one day that meant I had to have fast internet and a quiet space. I called ahead and got a full lay of the land - great customer service by phone and on site. The space was comfortable, including outside space for some sunshine, food nearby for lunch, nice amenities while being there, and the private space for teaching my class was terrific! This particular location was pretty quiet and relaxed, but they had a lot of difficulty keeping proper temperatures in offices. It was regularly so cold in the office I would wear a cold weather jacket all day every day - all seasons. I'm not some skinny person that can't stay warm - it would dip below 60 sometimes in the office mid-day. Crazy... "sorry, but we have you in a contract".
