Parking around the area has to be paid for, but it's not expensive, and there seems to be a lot of parking lots and street parking nearby. The space manager/receptionist was very attentive and articulate, handled stuff efficiently without fuss. I was there on a partial holiday day so the people were sparse; not sure what the usual vibe is like. Bathrooms: 1 mens and 1 women's and then a single-occupancy all-gender one. Clean, functional, in a central location.

We signed up for their virtual mail box in Santa Rosa in December 2020 and immediately we unable to login to our online portal. We tried to reset our password using the forgot password feature on their website and never receive the email to reset it. We have tried to contact support to have someone help us reset password and no one has been able to do so and we keep getting instructed to logon to our online portal and going to the help section to open a query when our problem is literally that we cannot login to our account. So frustrating. They were automatically deducting from our checking account we originally paid with in December 2020 and we've gotten threats for extra admin fees or late payments. We've been contacted by debt collectors on invoices we already paid to Regus. They do not accept payments at the office in person or on the phone. Only online and no one will help us get into our account. When we went in they said we haven't gotten any mail even though it has been months but told us we could sign up for the mail forwarding service if we wanted. We read the BBB rating on them a little too late which they are not BBB accredited, have an F and many, many complaints (more than we've ever seen a company have on BBB) so please reconsider if you are thinking about doing business with them--they are criminally immoral and just flat out scammers. It seems that ever location sucks equally but our experience is with the Santa Rosa Location. Will be reviewing anywhere we can so hopefully no one else has to go through what we have.. we are a new company and thought that they would help us by having a professional address for our mail but now we may be having to get a lawyer to defend us if they take legal action to uphold our contract with them. We pray we can get this sorted out without further heartache or it affecting the success of our business. Please please please don't take only our word for it! If you just READ THE BBB on Regus you will be able to choose another option and save yourself A LOT of trouble. They should not be allowed to be in business with the amount of people they have screwed over. It amazes me that they are able to continue to do so.

I am so happy that I found this place to boom. This is my go to in Fairfield. I will definitely be back. I chose a small office but they placed me in the conference room. I had trouble with the remote tv monitor. The staff were helpful and friendly. The admin at the front tried to help. She got my computer working with the remote tv but it kept disconnecting and lagged. I gave up and used the portable monitor that I brought with me. They provide snacks, which is fantastic for clients. I commuted over an hour, so the drinks and snacks came in handy. The remote tv monitor may have been user error. I will still go back and use the Daily Desk to meet clients in the area.

I tried for an hour to get it open, an employee, a big guy, brought his tool box, and he tried, using brute force and multiple tools, and then Cathy, the manager tried. Cathy is very small, probably 105 lbs soaking wet, but she examined the situation carefully, thought about it for a minute, and then MacGyver'd that door open with no tools in about about 30 seconds. It was a wonder to behold! Afterwards, she just casually dusted her hands off and acted like it was no big deal, but it was actually amazing. Both Cathy and the other employees at this facility are nice, helpful, and efficient. I have never had a negative experience with anyone at this Storage Pro; they are all really good to deal with.
