Bill Berrigan pored the slab foundation for our new house in 2023. The foundation was not level or…read moresquare. We had cabinets and flooring ready to go in when we discovered because of the defects in the slab it would cost an additional $4,645.00 to correct the faulty work. I paid the cost to the flooring company to level out the concrete slab as they were ready to install. I have sent request to Bill for reimbursement of my costs. He admitted that it was his mistake to my partner and our builder and gave me a check for $1000 on 9/12/25. He said he would pay monthly to settle the debt. This was after a year and a half after the house was finished. He still owes $3645. For faulty work on our foundation. In addition he has been made aware that there is still an issue with the garage floor and said he would come take a look at it and fix it. A year later, nothing has been done. I do not recommend Bill Berrigan Construction due to faulty work that they have done. He has made no attempt to complete reimbursement of the rest of his debt to us or correct the problems in the garage floor.
