Of course, they couldn't be bothered to do it when we needed it done. They finished the job 2 or 3 weeks late. A week later it looked terrible, so we had them come back and redo it. A couple weeks after that it needed to be done again, but by that time it was autumn, and too cold to do it. They returned the following spring and redid the work. Here we are a year after that and it looks terrible. Of course now they won't come back to fix it..."It's not covered by the warranty" they tell me. Even though we live 20 miles from town Smitty's got right on it. It is now 11:15 & the problem is fixed. As always, Smitty's comes through. I have bought several stoves over the years and have always been pleased with the high-quality products they carry and the great service from everyone in the store and the field. Thanks for being there!!! Currently, I heat the upstairs with my Lopi Cape Cod. To evenly distribute the heat I turn on the furnace fan. I heat the vacation rental downstairs with a FireplaceX linear gas unit.
