I also had to get some ice tea, she asked if I wanted sweet or unsweet. Since my customer said the sweet was good but not sure how sweet it was I asked for half sweet and half unsweet. When you order from this location on the App you cannot earn rewards. When you try and use it in store the device is "temporarily broken" although it been the same way for months. I've ordered on three separate occasions from this location (only one in IV) and on all three occasions there has been something wrong with my order. Order not ready even though the Order notification says it and enough time elapsed, The size of the order is incorrect, the chocolate covered waffle bowl was provided in a separate container In about 10 pieces... Always something. When I brought up the issue this last time the excuse is "well it's just two of us" and the typical secrecy of how to contact the owner or manager. The only thing that I don't like is a regular that always seems to come in when we're there - he must be there daily because it never fails, we always see him. And he's rude, especially to the employees. They always treat him well, so I'm not sure what his deal is, lol Anyway, it's a great stop and we look forward to it.
