The first when he was able to make himself available to us and the second when he yelled at my wife. When we were going weeks without a showing, we never heard a word from him. When our agent asked us to do something (replace carpet, paint entire interior, upgrade appliances), we turned it around in days, nothing help, and we rarely received feedback for showings.

We are purchasing a home where double diamond is the listing agency. Thankfully we had our own…read morerealtor and broker because so far it would be more of a nightmare than it already is. The listing agent is not knowledgeable as to the process of purchasing a home. Utilities were supposed to be on for inspection and appraisal. Electricity was turned on but she refused to even attempt to have water turned of. We ended up turning water on in our names and our realtor had to let us in the property to turn on main valve and dewinterize entire plumbing system the day before our scheduled inspection. She also is not having the property maintained and again we, the purchasers, had to have the waist high grass mowed. She did not have any preliminary title work started after our accepted offer, which due to there being issues with the title we were unable to close on our original date. We are a week past our original date and still have no idea as to when we will be able to close. All of which could have been avoided if the listing agent did her dudiligence. Seems like the listing agent hasn't done anything towards selling this property besides placing a lock box on the door. Very displeased with this agent and company. It's even more concerning that the listing agent is also the company's owner. We would not recommend this company to either sell or purchase a home from.
