On more than one occasion, I discovered she had not forwarded my messages. I worked with Jerry because he seemed to know the area of my property best. I have good reason to believe he was in cahoots with a neighbor who firmly refused easement access, and it took him over a year and a half to figure out all the paperwork, titling, etc. then find a seller. He didn't have the skill set to negotiate the offer and by that time, my family member on whose behalf I was selling the property passed away. All the proceeds went to a relative, and Jerry received his commission, of course. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had, and I do not recommend Olson.

I live out of state, so I needed a trusted team to sell my tenant occupied condo on the North-side of Chicago. Not only did Christen sell my home in the off market and at list price but she went OVER and BEYOND to work with my tenant (who started out slightly disgruntled). By the end of it, the tenant, Christen and myself were working together! Christen brought us both peace in the middle of a pandemic! Dealt with Gloor as agent for the Seller (Bank) on a short sale property I bought. I encountered…read moretwo issues: First, the Gloor agent came to closing with the incorrect sale price on the contract, thus causing the bank to review the loan while we sat at the table with my attorney and broker. Gloor agent turned to my agent and asked, rather jokingly, and chuckled: "I wonder what this'll mean for my commission?" Then, she informed me that she forgot to bring the keys for the property and could she get 'em to us "later?" (The simultaneous "thud" you hear is that of the jaws of me, my wife, Realtor, mortgage broker, attorney, title/escrow manager, and seller's attorney hitting the table.) Unprofessional, irresponsible, and rude.
