We got IN WRITTING that the owner had aggreed to waive the fees and all we had to do was pay the application fee. Well we paid the application fee and were told the next business day that there would be a $150 pet fee due per pet! We told them that wasnt what was aggreed upon and they said well we waived the fees for your SDs but not the other animals. I told them legally there were no fees involved with service animals to waive and that we were told we would have no fees for the other animals and they refused to honor the aggreement. I asked since we applied for the house under false pretenses if we could have our application fee back and they said no it was non-refundable. All in all this was a bait and switch situation and they scammed us out of $60 and refuse to honor any aggreement THAT YOU HAVE IN WRITTING! I do not recommend them.
