Non responsive- slow to respond. Not acceptable in this fast paced sellers market, generally bad way to treat customers. Sales person "M" in our experience was rude and pushy, she did not make a good impression. read more

Terri Bukartek was fantastic from the very beginning. On the first phone call I made, she immediately had 3 places lined up the following day to view. Her knowledge of the local area was very helpful. She referred me to excellent people that are necessary when purchasing a home, i.e. home inspector, septic inspector, landscape professional. They were very competent and efficient. She was instrumental in helping to schedule things a timely fashion as I was buying from out of state. When our bank had an issue with a Fannie Mae guideline, Terri was right there to find us a bank who then went the extra mile to help close the deal within a week of our original closing date. Terri was there to provide the comparable homes that were needed. Terri was extremely prompt and followed up every detail of the home buying process. Without Terri's knowledge and expertise, I doubt I would have been in the home of my dreams. Even the seller's realtor made a comment on how keen, sharp and resourceful Terri was during our purchase.
