I stated I prefer Mandeville or even Beau Chene' Preferably because that is where my dad and brother live. I was also informed that there were a few places for rent in the neighborhood. The female I spoke with took my email down to email me the links to some properties. I never got anything emailed to me. A few days later I got a call from another female agent explaining that she was to call and help me and that the other agent had to leave out of town for emergency. I got the links from this new agent and the properties were good in size and price but when I saw the pictures the home was so outdated (especially the kitchen) I also need to figure out who will be cutting the HUGE YARD AND ON WHAT RIDING LAWNMOWER. ALL AND ALL I expected more from Re/Max and hope to get more info moving forward.

The first night in the apartment I heard every foot step, people talking and even going to the bathroom. After I refused to live there , I was kicked out but told that I still had to pay 90 days rent and other cost . Well I have filed a complaint with the state attorney general's office and trying to find a lawyer to file a federal law suit against them for fraud.

Each apartment comes with washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, and (some) came with microwaves. The ladies in the front office are sweethearts and we're very welcoming. They were very informative about everything. The gate to this complex is unlocked and open during office hours.. they do electricity through Cleco and internet through Charter or AT&T. Located on a service road right by the causeway entrance.. 3 red lights away from the causeway, so a good location to commute to NOLA.

The pool, gym, and surrounding area is very beautiful and well kept. There is also a gym and a room for cycling. There is a nice shopping area within walking distance of the apartments. I'm just very happy overall with the service and the staff at this place!
