Two days before the start of the project, not having heard from Adirondack, we called to confirm the start date. We were informed Katy had be medically incapacitated and no work had been done to get insurance approval for the work. After a short discussion we agreed to delay the project another week to facilitate Adirondack getting insurance approval and lining up the work cadre, which they estimated at 6 persons. Three days before the agreed upon start date we were notified that Adirondack would not be able to do the job due to no staffing. This company shows itself to be incompetent and unreliable in our opinion and we highly recommend caution when attempting to do business with Adirondack Cleaners.

She explained the sales process and without a signed contract, took a walk around the property and gave us advice on how to arrange the house for sale. The next day she sent a couple of recent sales stats from the neighborhood to help us come up with an optimal price for the house. In early August, we were finally ready to put the house on the market and Henrietta met with us again and we finalized a sales plan. The next day she had placed the FOR SALE sign on the lawn and had set up an open house for the next day. She had a photographer come in as well and she used the photos on her real estate page. We were pleasantly surprised by her enthusiasm and as she told us during our first meeting, she took her job very seriously and she worked for us exclusively.
