They don't respond to questions, they state in the contract that they will take 30% but if the case takes longer than 90 days it goes to 40%. They intentianally took longer on a single case where the other party had immediatly taken responsibility, charged us for unnecessary expenses and unded up with more money then the injuried party with very little work done on their part.
