I happened to be in the mall yesterday and stopped in, btw there are other stores in the mall going out of business or closing but most are women's clothing so I did not go into those. When I came into this location the signs of 50 to 70% off were everywhere and it appears they mean it. I picked up a robe (yes I guess they didn't just sell writing pens) that was originally $40.00 and the nice lady who helped me had me join their membership at no charge. Final cost on the robe after taxes was just over $13.00....such a deal but I guess the costs before they closed the location didn't support them staying in business.

My boss is playing with the idea of starting his own tequila. For a presentation meeting he had a prototype bottle made and needed it engraved. Even on a busy day right before they were going to close, Mercedes helped us out. She was fantastic! She said that the only hurdle was to make sure the bottle was flat enough to be engraved. She put it in the engraver and said 'no problem'! We got a text the next day saying it was ready to be picked up. Mercedes was there and enthusiastically showed us the bottle. My boss loved it. Just an amazing job!! We have since returned to have 5 more bottles done! Very happy with the entire experience!!

I called the company and the person on the phone told me that the issue can't be fixed because "the color is oil based and won't get off easily". So I decide to show up to this location anyway and Sadie removed the color easily and added the correct silver shade. I was so impressed and relieved as this is a bridal shower gift. She was so kind and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Will order in person next time.

Several different retailers from Sears, Macy's, World Market, Body and Bath Works, See's Candies, Victoria's Secret, Vans, Burlington, and dozens of other national and local retailers. There is also an AMC Theater inside the mall. There's not much to their "Food Court" as there are other dining/snacking options throughout the complex. There are 3 levels of shopping and dining. The reason for the 3-star rating is the condition of the mall in certain areas. The management doesn't take really good care of the center. There are out of order elevators with others that needed a good cleaning or an upgrade. See pictures. The center does offer a large garage with free parking. That's very rare in Los Angeles. The garage looks very dated, but it served its purpose, so no major complaints.
