Worst customer service. I called about ordering shirts for my school club and asked for a price. The person who answered said that someone would have to call me back in 15min. After over an hour wait I called again to see what was going on. The same guy answered. When I asked why I still hadn't received a call back the employee became angry and and agitated. He rudely and condescendingly told me he was short staffed and asked what I wanted. I told him that I as considering taking my 100+ shirt order somewhere else. Thats when he hung up on me. Normally takes about a week to be completed Payment must be paid upfront, before work can be completed. Their was tax charged to the total, It was all labor no parts I provided the t-shirts. Awful customer service and poor communication. (A.K.A. T-Shirt Man, Full Color Glossy) Don't expect to get in contact with anyone anytime soon. Although cost is slightly cheaper than most t-shirt printing places their customer service and return policy is the worst. We've done business with them before and quality was ok for what we paid for but not great. And the last batch was a bad job so we asked for a refund when initially the owner said it was fine. Initially he said we could keep the bad batch and that they would print new ones at no extra charge. Then he kept going back on his word so we decided to get a refund. The owner first agreed to giving us a refund then did not contact us for a while then when we finally got a hold of him he said he wouldn't do it. When we finally got our refund (mind you we paid $7.50 per shirt and he gave us $7.00 back and still charged us $50 on top of that) he could not own up to his actions and he was rude when we were nothing but professional with him even though we were obviously flustered about the situation. I would NOT RECOMMEND this business. Pay a little extra for better treatment and customer service and a legitimate return policy somewhere else. read more

We have been ordering shirts from various vendors for events and fundraisers over the years. But when we needed to do a larger run of shirts, we started to shop around for price. (Let's face it - when printing 100+ shirts, $5 makes a huge difference to cost.) In the process we contacted over ten printers from all over the country. Some were local, some were not. Some were HUGE websites that you probably know the name of. TShirt-Man was not only the most economical of everyone we contacted (and no shipping fees!), they were also the most responsive. Phone calls were picked up during business hours and emails were responded to in a very prompt manner. At the price, I would have been happy with any type of customer service, but after working with them, I knew we had a keeper. And yes, the shirts look perfect. Exactly what we ordered. We will not shop-around any more. We have found our printers... And they will be hearing from us at least three or four times per year. Thanks guys! read more

TshirtMan did a great job for our nonprofit organization. We were changing our name and reaching out to a new demographic of at-risk youth, so the shirts were the first thing our community saw when we revealed the new name.
