Never confirmed it was raccoons. He said I told him we saw the raccoon, which is totally false. I was the one that assumed it was raccoons as I have had a momma and babies before but in a different location. Got on roof, put Eviction fluid on rag and dropped it down. Was to come back 4 days later to put one way door in chimney. I told him I had already put Eviction fluid down there, and he told me mine was too watery, his was thicker. Noises never stopped and still are in there. We put GoPro down Chimney, and its Swifts (Birds), who sound very similar to baby racoons. Let him know that I did not need him to come back since it was birds. He called me, but quickly had to go to take another call. Said he would call back, never called. I sent him another text to ask for partial refund since there was no need for one way door to be installed. I had paid him $399, so I asked for 1/2 back since he did 1/2 of the work he said he was going to do. He claims that what he did worked, but it did not. The birds making the noises are still in there. He did finally offer to refund $100, with the comment "I am not obligated to do so" and continued to say what he did worked. $399 for what work he did is ridiculous. Karma is a Bitch
