With the expansive exchange rate it's hard to buy things on the US side for Canadians.

I still use the ones from five years ago, but now I wanted ones that have a zipper on the side to make it easier to put on and off. I found the perfect pair. They're really actually very pretty too. They have the cool memory foam. Very comfortable on your feet. I also found a pair of slip-in sneakers. These are the kind that you can just slip right into without any laces or Velcro. What great innovation! This is my second pair of sketchers that are of this type. I have plantar fasciitis and I put in some inserts into the shoe for it added support and comfort. Excellent customer service! The woman helping went out of her way to make sure that I found shoes that work for me. She helped me try on many shoes until I found the right one. What great value! This day should have been a joyous time for me and family, however it turned out to be so dramatic for NO REASON! I wish I never walked into Uomo Da Milano. My entire day was ruined before the son's graduation, unfortunately we did not have a family dinner prior to the MOST IMPORTANT DAY of my son's life! This is the series of events: I walked into the store on Friday May 17th, I asked the cashier to assist my son with hemming his pants and the waist of the pants. The crazy lady at the desk charged my son $100.00 for an alteration, plus tax. I went around the corner in the mall to another alternation store with a professional tailor on site - the price was $18.00 for the same job. I went back to retrieve the pants, however, they never gave me back my refund. It has been a total nightmare dealing with this store. The owner called me to give me the full refund within a few hours. I returned back to the store hoping to get my refund to no avail. The crazy lady insisted that she already credited the card. I told her the owner called me and he asked to swipe my card for the refund. She was adamant that the refund was given and she gave me a receipt. Guess what? It is Thursday, nearly one week later - NO REFUND! I called her back she said, Go ahead and make a dispute with your bank! LORD, have Mercy! You cannot make this stuff up. I am going to report them to Better Business Bureau and the the AG Office. Good luck Brown people!

I have to say I was amazed on how many different suits, blazers, sport coats and ties they have to offer. The quality of the suits are just as good as Macy's but this place has more eye catching suits than Macy's. You do have to pay extra for alterations, at first i was disappointed because i feel that should be done for free. But when the employee said it will be done in 20mins, and not a week like other places i have gone to. The extra price for the services was well worth it. Looking forward to coming back

They were able to offer help when needed and guided me towards what I was looking for. They also had a great buy one get one half off deal going, so I was able to treat my wife to a pair too. They have one at Woodbury Commons as well, and they both seem to be hybrid stores. Some stuff is clearance/outlet, other stuff is more "regular store". Since some of the other stores at Woodbury do this too (Ugg comes to mind), this is something that stores seem to do now. I like this store, especially when shopping with others, who always seem to love it. After the Holidays they have some nice clearance on gloves and other outdoor things.

The outlet store is really half outlet (clearance prices) and half regular store. They have a great selection of clothes, outwear, and even luggage and bags. Sometimes the clearance prices are better than other times, but if you're a rewards member, you get a coupons a few times a year that makes shopping here a much sweeter deal. Being plus size, I love that they carry XXL and sometimes have a few random women's size pieces here. They also randomly have tall sizes that I sometimes opt for since I find that the sleeves and torsos of their shirts are sometimes way too short (especially after being washed). My latest pet peeve though is that they used to carry 18s and 20s in ladies pants in the store and they don't anymore!! When I asked about this the employees told me those sizes are available "by catalog or online only" now. WTF?! So many stores are starting to do this and it's really irking me. So now I have to pay not only $5-10 more for a plus size item to begin with, but I also now have to pay $10 shipping and the clothes might not even fit?! VERY annoying.
