Jay no longer works here, and this guy named Courtney helped me out. Their vape section is quite extensive! I was looking for chocolate vape juice, and they only had one which has hints of vanilla and caramel. It will have to do. Apparently most people don't like chocolate vape juice. I don't care for real chocolate, but love chocolate vape juice; go figure! They have one other kind that is called Neapolitan, which is like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice creams mixed together. I can see myself going there again and again. I'm completely new to vaping, so I was looking for a shop that would be able to help me out, as a new customer. We first met these guys at the Berks County Tattoo Fest in Wyomissing...really nice guys. So we stopped in...not at all what I was expecting! This is a convenience store that sells tobacco, cigars(the cigar room is quite large), vapes and vaping supplies, e-juice, etc...pretty much everything you could need. The staff is incredibly helpful; they don't just try to push the most expensive and/or the cheapest things there to get you to buy something; they showed me how to set everything up. They have quite an extensive flavor list, although I found it to be a bit lacking. 2 gripes...Parking is at a premium. For anyone who's been in downtown Pottstown, it's not a great place. Spots are back-in only, which is a problem for those of us coming from the opposite side of the street. 2nd, this place is NOT CHEAP. I picked up a tank/atomizer there for $35 and I've found it online for as little as $22! I know they can't offer deep discounts like a lot of online retailers do, but I feel they are overpriced. Definitely recommend for first-timers and experienced vapers alike; just wish they weren't so expensive! UPDATE: Had to bring my eGo battery back (wasn't working after about a week). I've been there many times but Now I get all my vaping needs from the Madtown Vape. It's much cheaper and I don't have to deal with mean employees! The older lady that works there always seems like she's in a bad mood. Jay is very knowledgeable but I bought a Vape kit there and it wasn't very good -I kept going in every week for help and he never fixed it. Cole's used to be a tobacco shop that sold sodas, now it is a convenience store that sells tobacco. For years I stopped in occasionally, when I was in the area, and was helped out by Mr. Cole. Now, they are very busy with the convenience store sales, which is GREAT for them. The PA Lottery keeps them very busy, too. They still have cigars, but for service, price and ease of parking, I usually go elsewhere. read more
