Called Cloman to order a dish garden with some fresh roses and a bow like the picture on their website and the one review that was made by a customer. the picture was lovely. It had pink roses and a purple bow. Wanted something close to the picture. The customer service girl said they didn't have dish gardens with roses. I said I saw a picture on the website that had roses in it. She replied in a sarcastic and intimidating tone, "I can tell you, we don't have dish gardens with roses." I knew I would most likely have to pay extra for the roses and bow, however, she was so nasty, I just said "thank you". I know folks have bad days but they should not be in the customer service line of work. read more

Having never ordered from them and knowing nothing about them I took a chance. I ordered a dish garden with fresh flowers and said a prayer hoping the order would be proper. When the order arrived for my wife's birthday I was TOTALLY DELIGHTED. Wonderful, fantastic, great, superior and just pleased beyond belief. The dish garden and flowers could not have been more fresh and artfully arranged. My wife was pleased beyond belief. 3 days before delivery I called and ordered 3 stems of stargazer lilies (big very fragrant white and purple blooms) plus roses. Patty took my order and told me the cost including delivery was $100. I got a confirmation email for $18, had to call Patty back. She refunded the $18 mistakenly overcharged. 3 days later the flowers showed up on time, but they sent pink asiatic lilies, which have no scent, not the stargazers I specified. It's a nice bouquet, but if they were honest and told me they didn't have stargazers, I could've ordered from someone else. Very disappointing. read more

Ordered from their website - a bouquet of 10-12 yellow tulips as pictured in their website (pic attached) with glass vase and yellow ribbon. Next morning I get a call from them telling me they don't have a full order of yellow and would it be ok if they mixed in a few white ones as well? I said sure, no problem, thinking there might be 2-3 white mixed in. No problem. What arrived, however, was only 8 drooping tulips of which only 4 were yellow and no ribbon (this pic attached as well). My heart was broken when the recipient sent me a pic of them. By the end of the work day the tulip heads were drooping and resting on the table and they had only been delivered at 2pm! The next morning, I called to complain. They said they'd call me back after looking into it to see if more yellow tulips would be arriving. Instead of calling me back, however, they called the recipient to schedule delivery of another bouquet and bothered them about getting the old arrangement back as they had been delivered to their workplace and the recipient wasn't at work that next day. They had to ask a co-worker to take the flowers down to the front desk for pick up. How embarrassing!! If Colemans had called ME I could have taken care of it and not had to bother the recipient. When I called Coleman's again they said they never said that they agreed to call me back. No common sense at all. Why would you call the recipient and not the person who actually purchased the flowers? No apology. Person on the phone (Patty) even told me the owner is the one who did the first arrangement. I told them that was an embarrassment to the floral industry. The new arrangement better be nice or I'll be returning the flowers myself to their doorstep. I'll post an update after the new ones are delivered. With photo. UPDATE: recipient received new bouquet today. Ten yellow tulips. Yellow bow is quite small and stingy, but overall much better than the drooping tulips from a few days ago. read more

I ordered flowers this morning to be delivered to my daughter at her place of employment for her birthday. I live out of town so I decided to go online and find one that was close to her office. Coleman's opened early which was beneficial to ordering for same day delivery. I called early and asked for morning delivery. The person I spoke to was very friendly and took my order and said that she would try her best to get delivery ASAP. My daughter called me several hours later to thank me for a beautiful bouquet of flowers that were just delivered before 11am. Thank you Coleman's! This florist is close to my friends so I took a chance. I called in the morning west coast time and chose one of Coleman's own creative arrangements pictured on their website. They delivered a few hours later which was still afternoon east coast time and I received a lovely call from my friend saying the flowers are beautiful and really cheered them up after returning from the hospital. They went out of their way to delivery a beautiful dish garden that we ordered last minute - above and beyond our expectations!

The first and only time I used Coleman Florist, I received no confirmation of the delivery date when I placed my order online, nor any sort of confirmation of delivery. I called to verify delivery and was told vaguely that it was being delivered and should be fine. When the recipient never indicated receipt of the item, I again called and was assured it was delivered. Finally, I let the recipient know, ruining the surprise. She told me that there was no card with the delivery. I called Coleman to complain and was told again and again that the card was in the package, which it clearly wasn't, or the package would not have been sitting unidentified in the receipient's office (where it became the source of a mystery that day). When I again called Coleman to complain, I was told that no, I would not be receiving a refund for this poor service. AVOID COLEMAN FLORIST AT ALL COSTS. They are incompetent and will not refund your wasted money when they botch your delivery. read more

Ordered $100.00 arrangement for a funeral and was very disappointed with the flowers, they looked like they were just thrown in a vase. I have done business with them in the past and was very satisfied. As for their 100% guarantee that does not mean anything they offered a $25.00 credit on our flowers.
