I made an order May 14th for flowers to be delivered May 15th. Called on the day of May 15th (Friday) to confirm it would be delivered; they confirmed the driver was out doing so. Received a confirmation email that it was delivered. Called the morning May 16th (Saturday) because the recipient reported it was not received. They told me that the driver didn't wind up delivering it. I chided them and they asked whether I wanted a refund or a Monday delivery. The hospital room delivery I ordered arrived two days late and was half the size that I paid for. St Agnes Florist did refund me the delivery fee due to the late delivery. However, they have not responded to my email and photos of the size of the bouquet. Needless to say, I will not order from them again. read more

Very disappointed with an arrangement I received on Valentine's Day. My son, who does not live in NY, ordered the flowers, which were carnations, roses and something similar to daisies. They were delivered to me Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday, the rose petals were falling and the "daisies" were wilted; however, I was able to salvage the carnations. I've never received an arrangement that "lasted" barely 48 hours. And yes, I called the florist (though they were closed) to report this. Ordered 2 floral arrangements the same day for the same location. 1 arrived on time as arranged, 2nd never showed. 3 phone calls later and many excuses on the staffs behalf to find out that the 2nd arrangement was never even made even though they kept promising to deliver it over a 3 day span. Employees very rude and argumentative on the phone. Order your flowers elsewhere and you'll have a much better experience. read more

I was very disappointed in the experience with St. Agnes. The flowers were very expensive and assumed when i ordered pink roses that i would get just pink roses. I got pink mondials which had brown around the trim and looked as though they were starting to die! The flowers were left on the steps inside and I thought they would have been set up! I wonder if i called today and ordered pink roses and didn't say they were for a funeral if the price would be the same!! Sorry just nit a good experience. read more

It was incredible working with St. Agnes floral shop because of Morgan Nicholson.She became my contact for a bridal shower at Bellevue Country Club. After our first meeting ,I realized I was working with a true professional.She brilliantly interpreted my ideas for the floral arrangements,gladly accepted my woven footed bowls to act as centerpieces and helped me choose lovely "fill" stems to visually widen the floral area.I was so pleased with the outcome that I asked her to help with the floral bar we were having as part of the shower activities.Morgan , with an encyclopedic memory of flowers directed our selections with ease and attention to color and style for 45 guests. It was so much fun picking these.I can only say that in every aspect of the preparation, Morgan was an amazing resource. I recently ordered a funeral spray for my mother-in-laws funeral. What a disappointment. This is probably the worst flower arrangement I've ever ordered. I had to stare at this awful thing throughout the service and graveside services. The flowers were very old and the design was lopsided with bare spots. It barely contained the flowers that were written in the description on their website. Truly unprofessional . When I called to complain they said they followed my request. They went so far as to say they played back the phone recording. FYI there were actually 2 phone conversations. I was quite explicit in the first call. They had the ignorance to ask for a picture of the arrangement; what?? Who takes pictures during a funeral and burial service? You must be kidding. I'll probably have one or two occasions to order flowers in the future, but it won't be from St Agnes. Just awful. read more

I usually always send a thank you and a compliment !!!HOWEVER today is a different story!!! I have ordered from them 4 times since 12 2024 plus usually at least 3 to 4 times a year. But today the ordered received to day except for the container looked nothing like the web page instead of very least blue at white for the tea cup or at least spring colors what was sent in this arrangement looked like leave overs from fall when I called to tell the lady that this is unacceptable I got here telling me that I am wrong even though the photo are received tells a different story she yelled at me telling me the owner would call no call yet and hung up on me unacceptable and and unbelievable there are many other florists in syracuse that would love to have our business . read more

I absolutely love this adorable flower shop. They have well tended potted plants outside and gorgeous stain glass windows. The interior is adorable. It's very cottage core. There are fake flowers and succulents everywhere. I went for flowers for a dance recital. I was a bit nervous because the other reviews were for deliveries or large orders and I wasn't sure if they did simple bouquets but I needn't have worried. I was greeted immediately and since I had no idea what I wanted I said "I would like some flowers." I know, real descriptive. She asked what they were for and what the recipient's favorite colors were. She also asked how much I wanted to spend. Then she made me a gorgeous bouquet. Awful. I ordered the Roman Holiday arrangement and paid over $100. The bouquet had maybe 8-10 flowers that looked liked carnations. Looked nowhere even close to the picture! Maybe because I live in Florida they thought I would not see them. I did. They called and said they didn't have some of the flowers. I said ok, as long as you put as many and as colorful flowers in their place. Not only was it a rip off but I was extremely embarrassed. Terrific customer service! They delivered a bouquet to the hospital our friend was at on Friday, prior to his discharge...but the hospital wasn't able to get it to him before he left. So...St. Agnes made another arrangement and delivered to our friend's home on Monday for a VERY modest delivery upcharge. So grateful to them for literally "going the xtra mile". read more

Beautiful flowers, but extremely poor customer service. Had flowers ordered by my boyfriend and were supposed to be a surprise. The delivery driver did not deliver on the correct day, and no contact was made when trying to deliver to my apartment building. I had to go in and pick up the flowers myself, ruining the surprise and the manager was extremely hostile when asking to remove the delivery fee because in fact, it was not delivered and I had to pick up in person. Would definitely not recommend if you're trying to have a delivery made! Poor customer service, not even a refund on the delivery fee. Makes me not wanna order from there in the future! read more

UPDATE: I changed my initial 1-star to a 5-star review because within half an hour of my call, St. Agnes contacted me and very professionally and kindly explained our two Mother's Day bouquet orders had inadvertently been separated. They offered to replace the bouquet that had been delivered wilted with a new one, sending it along with the other bouquet order that was about to go out. After being treated horrible over the phone at Sam Rao Florist I called here to get flowers delivered to my mom. The woman I spoke to was so kind and nice, was happy to answer all my questions. I picked out a bouquet with no issues. The day it was supposed to go out they called me to let me know they ran out of the vase but said I could choose another one. I chose pink and the woman over the phone said she would add a few different flowers and make it extra pretty to match the vase. They delivered it. My mom was so happy. She sent me a photo and the bouquet was even more beautiful and colorful than the online photo. You could tell it was made with care.
