My car was there for 32 days for…read morewhat should have been a door replacement, repair of a chip on the rear driver-side door, and blue marks on the passenger side. From the very beginning, I had issues with the estimate. The body shop manager, Jessica Dingus, left damage off the estimate that needed repaired, and I had to constantly fight to get things addressed correctly. The assistant manager, Tim Greathouse, repeatedly told me they were "losing money" on my vehicle and even threatened to charge me storage fees if I didn't pick the car up. When I finally got the car back, the paint did not match the rest of the vehicle, there were two paint runs in the finish, and there are still three chips left in the paint on the rear door. I had to argue just to get the paint runs fixed. I also spoke with the general manager, Steve Mercer, who basically told me he had "washed his hands" of the situation and there was nothing more they could do. I then tried reaching out to the owner's son, Jay Strous, for answers, but he wouldn't even come out of his office to look at the car and said he had nothing to do with the body shop. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor communication, unfinished work, and customer service that made me feel completely dismissed. Please beware before taking your vehicle here.

A family member strongly suggested talking to Josh at the Ohio Valley Dealership after deciding to purchase a Honda CR-V at the suggestion of my mechanic. The dealership's online inventory helped in the decision and changed my mind about which model when that "Certified" word appeared on the smaller 2020 HR-V Sport. By chance the next day my neighbor took me for a ride in her Honda and I immediately put $ down to reserve that certified car.
