CarSense is awesome! I was buying my first car after finally getting my license (at age 30!). My…read moredad has bought a few cars from the CarSense in Cranberry and always had a great experience, so he recommended I check the Robinson location out since it's closer to me. First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

This Carshop has the worst service I've experienced in decades. I dont know who bought or took over…read morecarsense Robinson, but they're awful. It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

Happy, Happy, & Happy…read more I couldn't be more pleased with this recent car shopping experience - I've had a few in 45+ years. A family member strongly suggested talking to Josh at the Ohio Valley Dealership after deciding to purchase a Honda CR-V at the suggestion of my mechanic. The dealership's online inventory helped in the decision and changed my mind about which model when that "Certified" word appeared on the smaller 2020 HR-V Sport. By chance the next day my neighbor took me for a ride in her Honda and I immediately put $ down to reserve that certified car. No regrets weeks later - it looked showroom new according to our son on the day to drive it home. Josh was wonderful in providing a book manual, and details about the car, including Carvana's report, and Ohio Valley Honda's warranty.

Realized after we bought it that it sat noticeably higher than other Tahoes. Turns out that it had an aftermarket lift installed. It never should have been sold as Certified with any aftermarket modifications. They removed the lift but the vehicle has had shudder and vibration intermittently since we got it. Several trips to their service department and they "can't reproduce the problem " and claim there is no problem with the vehicle. This is our fifth Chevy/GMC full size SUV and I have driven several other new vehicles. I know what is normal and abnormal vehicle behavior. Also, they told us that two maintenance visits were included. When we took the vehicle for the prescribed maintenance, only the oil change and tire rotation was covered. They charged $60 for a cabin filter that was part of the manufacturer maintenance schedule. DON'T BUY FROM WASHINGTON CHEVROLET.

The bumper was duct taped on to prevent it from falling off, and our inspection was due this month. The trucking company has been ignoring all attempts to reach them. I was told to swing by the day before to talk to Justin, the service foreman, to determine if anything can be done as a stopgap until repairs can be made. Justin came up with a game plan, but he knew he'd be off the when I brought the car in, so he talked to Robert and some other guys who were on that day about the game plan. They agreed that bolting the bumper to the frame would keep it secure and follow inspection requirements. When I showed up to get the work done, Noah was looped into the plan, and the 3 of those guys literally saved my sanity and ability for my daughter and me to get to work while our insurance company now battles with the trucking company. Robert was the guy who made the repair that allowed them to proceed with the inspection. After 11 days of getting ignored and being given the run around by Western Express trucking, I seriously could have hugged all 3 of them and when they lent a hand. My husband and I have always had excellent service from your dealership, but these 3 men went above and beyond yesterday at a time of great need, and I can't thank them enough.

Won't answer calls made by landline, cellphone, their own online chat window or email, all tried on the same weekday during regular open hours. ZERO RESPONSE to a serious safety issue. This is why I left Brewer services years ago, but the new faces and names are using the same policies and toolbox as the old ones. I'm sorry I gave them another chance. If they ever contact me, I'll update with what they were willing to do or make it right. If they can convince me of some integrity I might even delete the review. Edit: they eventually did call back. My wife took the car in to address the safety issues they failed to either own or remedy. Within 1 mile of leaving the service department, my wife driving noticed the hood of the car undulating at 40mph. She pulled over and discovered the hood only secondary latched and not closed all the way. After calling to report this, their rep called u and said "they were never under the hood" so if you you want a picture of what dealing with them will look like, this is it. I'm done with them.
