I have been seeing Dr Cole for over a year, and seeing chiropractors in general for over 40 years. I have seen 2 others here in New Bern. I am also a nurse. So I know a little about back and neck pain, professionally and personally. Dr Cole is an excellent chiropractor . He has a more eclectic approach than any chiropractor I have ever seen, and wow, it works! He uses the traditional "cracking" plus massage, direct manipulation, heat, tens, taping, diet, and exercise. He is always looking and training to improve his skills, and his treatments. I've been going to Coles Chiro for a few years. He is the 3rd one I've seen in New Bern and hands down, he's the best. First, he doesn't try to torture you or use fear tactics to keep you coming back. His staff is friendly and professional. He greets you with a smile and has a great way of manipulation that doesn't leave you in pain for days on end. In my life, I've seen 9 chiropractors and he has done more for my lower back pain than anyone else has. He doesn't just do back, my son saw him for his hand injury, my daughter has gone for her back, and he has helped me with recurring Iliotibial Band pain. He is good at what he does. He introduced me to athletetic tape and how it helps almost any part of the body. Dr. Coles is AMAZING! I have been struggling with chronic hip, back, and leg pain for years. After my hip surgery I continued to have ongoing pain. I started seeing him twice a week in the beginning and my chronic pain got significantly better each time I went. I now only need to go to him once every few weeks for an adjustment. Every time I go to him I leave feeling like a brand new person. I have more energy and can move so much better. He is wonderful with my one year old daughter who also gets adjustments.
