It is unfortunate that we live in an age where respect for others is ignored. Worse, there seems to be a culture where Senior Citizens are treated like children or low grade morons! I had written two e-mails to them explaining the incident and the issues but have not even gotten the curtesy of a reply. If you are willing to put up with the lack of respect and overly familiar cajoling by SOME of the staff, they will give good results. I admit that I am an anachronism in that I believe in respect for respect. I do not deal well with overly familiar children or young people or tradesmen. The lack of response on the part of Peak Performance tells me that I am just not important enough to bother with and they do not need the money.

When I pulled up to the dilapidated shopping center, it's almost depressing to park and walk through the parking lot. Parking spaces are large and abundant but it's like a ghost town here. Dennis, my physical therapist, gave me a thorough interview to get a good understanding of the status of my injuries. He really took a long time to try and devise a plan to put me on a path or recovery. He wasn't the only concerned guy here. The whole team seemed to be watching out for all the other patients. Others would step in to make sure I was taken care of. Not once did I feel even slightly disregarded. I highly recommend injured souls come here for a professional, efficient treatment with lighthearted physical therapists. They always seem to be in good mood... and that itself is uplifting.

My therapist, Summer, was amazing. Her bright, encouraging personality, was second only to her knowledge and concern for me. Excellent listener and communicator. The therapy program she designed for me was effective in supporting my goals for recovery from surgery. My husband was seen by Rob.
