The people of Annandale have petitioned thus far successfully against the construction of a supermarket super-centre in the area. Annandale is at heart a village and is a village with heart, and the people aren't willing to give that up. They shop locally, even if their IGA can't always compete with the big guns' discounts. Annandale IGA have their own bakery, a good range of fruit and veg, yoghurts, cheeses and your usual packaged supermarket goods. They also have a really nice selection of flowers which brighten up the shop-front and add to the beauty of this little village.

While the section looks amazing it's missing the personal touch that's offered in pharmacy and beauty department stores in terms of service. The sections are well stocked but should you need advice it's not available or on offer. The store is definitely easy on the eye and there are plenty of self serve checkouts and checkout counters to get you in and out in a reasonable time.

Senior citizens make up a large part of Mosmans population so it's nice to see a Grocery store helping them out. There is also a members club card which donates a portion of the money you spend to a charity of your choosing. The staff are all helpful and friendly, if you can't find something on the shelves they will always check out the back. Look out for the guy who stocks the tissues in the first aisle, he's quite a character!

When I left the store, 1 bag was leaking. when I put it on the ground, it broke. I collected its contents in another bag and left. Subsequently I made 3 further visits and bought 3 other bags. 2 weeks ago, I emailed the trader seeking an order of 15 bags/ month. The trader agreed and emailed me the order will be ready in the first week of may and I need to pay for the first week at the store. In 1 May. I emailed the trader to enquire about my order. The trader refused to honour our agreemen. Today I emailed the trader that I'll never buy any product from their store again due to their dishonest conduct. Subsequently the trader made false statements in reply to my negative review of its store. My post is just a warning to potential shoppers that this trader is a rude and dishonest person.

I come here several times a week to pick up bus passes, aluminum foil, apples, or anything else I need at the spur of the moment. One does pay a price from convenience; it is noticeably more expensive than a larger supermarket. But it is relatively organized and well stocked for a store of this size. In fact, I ran down this morning to pick up some eggs and appreciated the option to buy either caged or free-range. Despite the $2 difference, I felt bad for those caged hens popping out eggs like machines and picked up the free-range ones instead. Imagining those chickens happy roaming about the fields helped make my breakfast more enjoyable. Then I realized I'm actually eating those poor chickens' babies. With an array of flowers and herbs lining its exterior, One Stop Shop is a good store to have a one's corner.
