Apparently you can't ask for something to be slices to your liking according to this rude employee and backed by the manager. I was a deli manager for a very long time and as frustrating as it is when you're super busy you don't refuse to service the customer. This lady had no customers at all and no reason for not providing the service other than she didn't want to do it.
