To my surprise these days of so many businesses seemingly not caring about customer satisfaction, Troy delivered, and at a reasonable cost. There was a small hiccup after I picked it up, but Troy jumped on it and solved the problem. My brain is healthy and my data crunching unabated. This place is a circus if not a complete joke. Only call themselves Elite so they can charge you…read more$200/hr for labor, no matter if that's towards a down-pipe change or a fog light install. There's not a trace of 'Elite' in this establishment. From the people, to the skill of doing a job or even the sincerity towards a customer who's not paying $$$ so that you can have an inflated idea about yourself. Got a quote for over $6K for new downpipe, pads and rotors and an intercooler. It was expensive for sure but I thought they'll do a good job. My Focus RS is my daily and I was quite clear to Rich on how important this car is to me and the main reason behind taking a hit on the wallet. He seemed to understand everything, clearly it was only to get me on the hook. They took ~50% advance said we will call you when the parts are in and schedule a date to get the job done. A month, multiple follow-ups and their failing attempts to explain their knowledge of 'supply-chain' and why it's normal that they don't have a clue on when they parts would arrive, we finally had all the parts and scheduled a date. Surprisingly I get the update the next day the car is ready. I go pick it up, make the last payment and leave. A couple of weeks go buy and I'm beginning to smell the emissions in the cabin. I thought to check the tune and couldn't find the OBD port in the car! Called them about it and they said to bring it in to take a look. I mentioned the missing OBD port. Couple of hours later I get a text, your vehicle is ready for pick-up. In the text they also mentioned that there was nothing wrong with their installations and the OBD port was not found. So again I had to call Rich's tells me we checked everything, everything is tight and good. I told him so what about the smell and he says well that only happens if you turn on the AC! Unbelievable. After having to explain it again to Rich he agreed to take another look. Got a text a few hours later saying your vehicle is ready for pick up. Nothing about the issues so I call and the lady (who has ZERO manners with a hopeless attitude problem) says Rich will talk to you when you come to collect. Confused i showed up and he came out to say they did a smoke test and guess what, there was a LEAK. Immediately he got defensive, said 'it could be leaking from anywhere, we can't really see in the video... BS' when it was right where the downpipe goes on the turbo. I told him what's next, the car is undriveable right now, can't have the emissions coming into the cabin. He couldn't care less. He said 'we don't do that job. Maybe the new parts broke some old parts and started walking away'. Told me I was 'pissing him off'! Lol probably because his scams were coming undone and it was time to run back inside. This place is pathetic. If you've got lots of extra $$$ lying around, want a poorly executed job and be treated in a way which makes you livid, yes this is the place for you.

It was still usable, but clearly defective. I reached out to them and was met with a rolling eyes emoji and was told to come in Tuesday because they were closed Monday. Not exactly professional. By Tuesday, the screen had completely failed. I couldn't see anything except for lines across the display. I texted ahead and told them I was coming. Once there, I asked for a refund because I no longer trusted the service and wanted to take it somewhere else. I declined to let them take the screen off again -- I had just paid them two days earlier, didn't drop the phone, and didn't expose it to water. Something clearly went wrong with their repair. The woman working there got visibly angry, and when I stepped back, she shoved the phone toward me and told me to leave multiple times. I said I wouldn't go until I got a refund. She left to the back while here husband was the one taking care of the business. After nearly an hour of back and forth, I was forced to sign a waiver refusing their warranty just to get half of my money back -- after only two days with a broken screen. This business is incredibly unprofessional, rude. I actually felt unsafe and intimidated during the experience. My apple watch even thought i had something going on because my heartrate was over 130 doing nothing.They claim to be Christian-owned, but they certainly didn't treat me -- or my property -- with any care or respect. I strongly advise against going here. Save yourself the stress and take your phone to Apple who values their customers and stands by their work.

One blue one is brown and the third is clear. I took it back to have them fix it and the OWNE tried to tell me this is how they do tint, I would never recommend this company to ever touch anybody's car let alone when we went to pick it up there was pieces hanging off of the car that they did not put back on (door panel) the service from this company is very poor and they do not hold their value and their customers higher than they should. Their only out to benefit their pockets and not care about the customer and quality of their work. Piss poor work!
