This seems absurd to me given AMD is ~30% of commercial CPUs. He then tried to upsell me by asking if I wanted to get a "real" intel CPU/motherboard combo. I did not drop the phone, expose it to moisture, or misuse it in any way. I simply took it out of my pocket and the display was suddenly unusable--green and black discoloration with severe lines across the screen. For context, the phone was in a protective case and had a screen protector installed at the time. Despite these protections and normal, careful use, the replacement screen still catastrophically failed. A screen replacement should last significantly longer than a few weeks. This kind of failure strongly suggests low-quality parts and/or poor workmanship. I now have a non-functional device after paying for a repair that was supposed to fix the problem, not create a new one. The inconvenience, cost, and time wasted dealing with this issue are unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against using this business if they expect a reliable, durable repair or any reasonable standard of quality control.

I took my laptop to Morgan to be cleaned out a couple months after a soda spill. The laptop made it…read moreout almost perfectly fine, with it's only issue being that it would not turn on unless it was connected to power. After I paid $40 and received my laptop back, it had extensive damage to the screen (see attached pictures). This was not there before I gave it to Morgan. Now my laptop will not even FUNCTION without being connected to power. It automatically shuts off when it is unplugged. When I tried to discuss it with Morgan, he did not apologize or offer compensation/refund of any kind. He also asked for my password when it wasn't needed to clean out the inside of my laptop, so not sure what that was about. Filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
