I'm not a very tech-savvy person and have been having issues with 2 of 4 terminals not working in our restaurant POS system. Spoke with the POS server and they said it was a problem on our end. I verified all cords we plugged in and power on, but still nothing. Chip came right over within 10 minutes when I called and spoke with Hillary. She was very helpful and patient with me as was Chip when he came. I was able to describe the problems we were having and he was able to determine the root of the problem even with my limited knowledge and very un-scientific terms. He was prompt, patient and very thorough. He showed/explained everything he had done and what to do if we have problems in the future.
