In addition to that, there is a quiet room with soundproofing for phone calls if you do opt for a flex desk and need to take calls from time to time. I used to work in that campus and this block in the middle of nowhere with the beautiful pond, chairs and coffee shop included reminded me so much that other one. Then I noticed it is an Irvine Company business complex like that one. They do solid architecture and landscape. I also used to live at an apartment complex in San Jose with similar good looks and style. The reason I visited there is because someone in my complex decided to vandalized some mailboxes and also apparently they were becoming too big old, so needed to pick up the new mailbox key. I was very surprised of seeing this beautiful space, I was expecting a small office (also in the middle of nowhere, at least for me as I don't go to that area often). Elevators worked fine and got to know that there ar events like pop-ups happening in that backyard/pond area. Very photogenic garden with olive trees and other solid and amazing trees. I think I will change my LinkedIn profile picture with one of the many selfies I took there because the whole place means business with a touch of chill. As per the parking situation, it seems annoying to have a paid one. I didn't have to pay or validate as I was there less than an hour.

I first started as a common desk, which allowed me to float from the kitchen and other common area tables. It was kind of pain loading and unloading a lot of my office supplies so I upgraded to a private desk in April and it was the best decision ever. Having a dedicated plug for my electronics and being able to leave paper products and other personal items is great. Other perks I greatly appreciate: spacious conference rooms, unlimited Black/White printing, free coffee, tea, kefir soda and phone booth access. I forgot about fridge access as well. It's nice for me to store some of my breakfast and lunch items for myself instead of running to Trader Joe's or Chick-fil-A every day.

Too loud to work or study in. Seats are uncomfortable and no outlets to plug in your laptop.read more
