DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE. They are scammers through and through. My mom tried to do something nice for me and buy me some pokemon terastar festival packs as a surprise and this place scammed her bad. They charged 3x the market rate for packs ($6 packs that you can buy off eBay they charged almost $20 EACH for!!!). Not only that but ALL OF THE PACKS WERE OBVIOUSLY RESEALED WHEN THEY ARRIVED!! My mom is very sweet and put her trust into these people just to be hurt in the end. Do not buy or trust these people under any circumstances they are vultures. I don't care about the cards, at the end of the day it's just cool cardboard and I collect because I love the art and the hobby. I care that they took advantage of my mom. I care that she tried to do a nice surprise for me and got hurt in the end because of people like this. FUN FACT FOR ANYONE THATS GOTTEN SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY! if i could give them a zero star rating i would..this place sucks believe me. They overcharge you like crazy if you aren't paying attention,the employees suck and if you hand them your cards they play around with them like they don't want to sell them causing damage to the card and they aren't welcoming at all.. i went with my brother and they don't say anything to u and just look at u like ur trying to steal and they all seem stuck up..not only that but their product seems to be tampered with.I brought something without looking at it & that was my fault but it seemed to be tampered and already opened up.Dont waste ur time coming here,i've found WAYYY better places...i recommend going to rip and ship they are atleast always nice or smoke and mirrors thoose are my top 2 seriously..the atmosphere in these places are much more welcoming and they have way better things and the employees are chill af!! check those places out and not this wack ass store where they don't welcome u or seem to not want to sell u anything.I hope this place gets closed down bc what a joke of a store read more

This is great shop with awesome patrons however the employees were making fun of a patron that was clearly on the spectrum ( without his knowledge) while the patron was enjoying another part of the store. This is a big turnoff and I hope the manager will train employees to be more sensitive to special needs patrons. read more

As a previously frequent patron of this establishment the new management has done nothing to make the gaming community, their customers and primary source of income, feel welcome anymore. From price gouging to staff overhauls to a lack of engagement and understanding to worst of all, shady business practices like having their employees write fake positive reviews and offer clientele free booster packs for proof of posting a good review for them, this place has gone downhill fast and continues to do so.
