He and his partner were here less than…read more4 hours and had 25 windows and sliding doors (inside and outside), cleaned the frames and tracks and the results were non-streak beautiful. We live on the beach and, with pollen and salt, windows and glass doors get very dirty! That's the good news; the bad news is that we were the last house he did before retiring. He does hope that his partner, Eddie Jackson, will continue (he has been with Joe for the past 6 years, helped with our windows and was as thorough and detail-oriented as Joe (e.g. using a razor blade for detailing!). We're sorry to see him retire because we've not seen many like him but happy for him that he gets to retire after many years of doing great work. If I had known to take down the ceiling fans and hanging light fixtures before he scraped the old popcorn off the ceiling we would have paid for someone to come out and do that. The value for the job was reasonable considering he's only been doing this for four years. I had to replace the dining room light fixture because there was no way to clean all of the old popcorn out and fine sanding particles of every crease and crevice. I had to replace every ceiling fan in the house because of the same issue. The grout in my tile flooring had the same gunk on the floor. Also, paint droppings. Michelle did a good job, but he could have done a better job of keeping things clean and cleaning up after himself and his crew. Overall, Michale did a good job. I would recommend him.
