I worked with Dr. Matt Goergen and the ortho team but seeing how their entire staff handled every patient, even the stressed out kids (and parents) in the waiting room was impressive, truly. Easy, clean, gentle, friendly, location/parking are a breeze, with NO surprises, I knew the name of every person who I worked with, knew what every machine was going to do that they used, knew how long it was going to take, how much it was going to cost, etc. Some of the reviews that mention upselling, I can say that I am hyper-sensitive to this being in sales myself and I didn't hear or see an ounce of it. When I asked the receptionist why the paper they handed to me stated a different price than what she was telling me she proceeded to apologize and blame in on her new co worker who had just started. She let me know she would get me to a manager and that's when Danni (Danielle) got on the phone and proceeded to talk to me like I was a 2 year old and LAUGH at me and basically tell me I have to pay and basically have no other choice. Was never offered a different payment route or nothing even though her bio reads "she loves working with our families and helping create an environment they look forward to visiting". Danni is very unprofessional and always has been this hasn't been the first bad experience I've had at this office. When I previously left a 1 star review for their office for a front desk worker who had a horrible attitude like Danielle. Danielle called me so QUICK and BEGGED for me to remove the review. After speaking with previous staff I understand why their turnover rate is extremely high. Don't waste your time. All the doctors have left and most of the staff and Danielle do not care about patients or customer service. When I asked Danni to escalate the situation to her manager she laughed, yet again and told me she doesn't have one and that everything goes through her. After speaking with office staff they did confirm she does in fact have a manager. Awaiting confirmation of that information. Side note: AFTER I PAID THE PORTION DUE- I RCVD AN EMAIL STATING I STILL HAD A BALANCE OF $14.00. ONCE I REPLIED WITH THE BREAKDOWN OF THE MATH, SHE ACKNOWLEDGED IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING AND SHE DIDNT CALCULATE RIGHT, JUST LIKE THE DAY PRIOR WHEN I AM BEING TOLD ONE PRICE AND SURPRISED WITH ANOTHER

When I was around 6 ish, I had to get some crowns. I was extremely nervous, and I started crying and freaking out. Instead of helping me, they took me to one of their private back rooms, and held me down. I am extremely traumatized from this, and still to this day (14 years later) have troubles trusting dentists. Dr. College, used to also make fun of me, making comments how I need to focus on my teeth instead of my makeup, as a new teen, this deeply hurt me. Please reconsider if you take your kids here!

She let my baby play with all of the tools we would be using which calmed her down and also made her less afraid of them once they were actually in use. When the dentist came out she was equally as friendly and informative, and had a relaxed nature that I really appreciated. My daughter let her, and the hygienist, do whatever they wanted! They were so quick and efficient, and seemed to appreciate that if they spent too much time on her my daughter would start a revolt. We were in and out in 20 minutes with nice, clean teeth! In the past, whatever dentist I'm going to always finds expensive issues to fix. This one isn't that way. They fixed a filling and were quick and painless about it.
