I spoke to Derrick (the owner), he quoted me a price, agreed on the date and we scheduled it. I had to change the time and he was extremely accommodating. The day of the job, Derrick and his son showed up on time! My wife and I couldn't believe it. We have hired contractors in the past and they're either late, want to reschedule or don't show up at all. I pointed out what needed to be removed and they were on it. In an hour and a half, they had removed the shed and the hot tub. Mind you that the hot tub had to be cut up in sections in order for it to be removed. Derrick capped off the leads to the hot tub and wrapped them up. Something I wasn't expecting. They cleaned up the area really well when they were done.
