I had no idea he was so inexpensive and willing to work with me. At first, I was going to use some paint that my brother had but then thinking about what Jeremy had to say. I let him get the paint because I knew it was gonna be quality paint at a reasonable price within days. They came over and started in on the project. It took him 2 1/2 days to paint my whole house and it's big house. What impressed me the most was their professionalism and the job that they did my house. It looks amazing. They didn't slop paint anywhere., Not even on the grass. Jeremy went above and beyond what I expected he even painted his shed outside that I didn't expect him to. He was unbelievable! I've never known anybody to be so nice and so completely efficient and detailed. He didn't like the way my gutters were on one side of the house and so we talked about it and he rerouted my gutter system to be more effective in. It actually looks better and it doesn't pool in my driveway anymore. I didn't even think about that. He brought it up and they fixed it. This man is amazing. I contacted Western View through their online site. They were one of 3 estimates that we got. We…read morewent with Western View because their estimate was the most professional. However, the HIGHEST of all 3. Rob had texted me a few times with a promised start date of July 13th. My contractor was there, and let me know they were a no show. I contacted Rob, he said for sure Wednesday, and they would be done by Friday. Well... NO SHOW on Wednesday. He sent me a text stating for sure Thursday. I explicitly asked them not to RUSH the job. The crew did not show up until Friday. I was promised 2 coats, patched holes etc. When we arrived at our house on Sat, there was overspray on all 4 windows, clearly only 1 coat of paint (you could see the old paint under the new paint). We had asked for the remaining paint to be left behind, and they did not leave it. Rob sent me a text for the final payment, and I told him not until all the issues had been addressed. I was told they would be there 'first thing in the morning' on Monday, they arrived around 10:30am. It took the 2 man team the rest of the day to clean up the over spray, and ROLL the second coat that we didn't get the first time. My husband called Rob when the crew showed up (it went to VM) with a request for him to return our call, however we have never heard back from him. The initial contact and estimate and comunication was very professional... the rest of the experience was really really not so great! I couldn't recommend this company. I should have gone with my first gut instinct. The job wasn't worth what we paid. But more disappointing was the fact the the Owner Rob Yarbro didn't have the courtesy to return our call and talk with us about the job.
