We have an awkward roof. It was piece-mealed together by the original owner of our house. We got…read moreseveral bids to fix it and went with Laramie Valley Contracting mostly becsuse Arsenio offered us the best price. I'd say "You get what you pay for" but, even then, we overpaid. They did end up replacing the shingles and several pieces of rotten plywood. But, on the edges, the metal flashing was just put back on rotten fascia. They didn't give us the option of having it replaced. We wanted them to come back and put gutters on but, like other reviewers have said...we gave up because he never called back to schedule. Our new shingles made it through one winter with no leaking. This winter, it is leaking again worse than it was before they "fixed" it. And, it's past the guarantee period. When I reached out to talk over the issue, I got a return call from a nice lady who couldn't give me any information. My recommendation: pay a little extra to get the job done right and has a longer guarantee period AND is more responsive. I do not recommend this company.

The company was prompt in collecting payment. On a positive note, the workers who did the roof and cleanup were good and effective, at least we hope so. It wasn't worth the aggravation.

Do not call the Rockhard crew if you want soft concrete that will corrode from the rain and snow in 8 months, only call the rock hard crew if you want concrete that will outlive your bloodline. Laid my driveway a couple years back and it is the nicest driveway on the block. I tried breaking the concrete with a hammer as a test and it was so rockhard it did not work, as would a rock. I park my truck on this concrete everyday for the last 24 months and it has not even cracked once, sometimes my buddies park in the driveway as well so that means the concrete is strong enough to hold up two- 3 large lifted trucks!! That's impressive! I look forward to the day I need concrete laid again because the crew does such an impressive job, but unfortunately I won't be needing there services ever again because my drive way will never crack or break or need redone, my drive way will out live my grandson.
