During that time, there was no way to reach anyone directly by phone--only voicemail--and my messages were not returned. When the technicians finally arrived, they failed to add the necessary DE (earth) to my filter, which led to additional problems, including issues with my heater and an overheating pump. Because of the lack of communication, follow-up, and support, I had no choice but to contact another pool service company. They responded immediately, took the time to diagnose the problem properly, explained everything that was happening, and resolved the issue quickly. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was frustrating from start to finish, and I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. Not recommended

He did not test it. since then they've charged me close to $2000 and I still have the problem. They just started replacing parts. They turned me over to aqua cal because pool doctor could not resolve the issue Aqua cow said the system is under warranty pool doctor says too bad you authorized us to replace these parts. rep asked me if the screen was clean. the warranty girl at pool Dr. told me, the screen would be clean. That's part of what happens when this new part was put in. I sent in another technician after firing pool Dr and he sent me pictures of the screen totally clogged. pool dr told me I have no recourse with them.I was treated like the adversary and definitely not as a customer at the time, I didn't know who Aqua cal was or I did not know what these parts did or how they worked this is in Cape Coral Florida. The warranty person expected me to totally understand the system. Amy told me in a mocking voice, sir, we just put the new part in the screen will be clean and I checked the next day and of course it was clogged. And the tone of her voice and the curt response had me shaking. I still don't have the problem resolved, and they left me hanging and they were paid for what they did. This is kind of a thanks for nothing but give me my money back and they are refusing.

Pro Source was not willing to deal with replumbing the dishwasher, refrigerator, toilet or sink (vanity needed to be pulled)....but for a very small fee Lakefront included it in our bid. No need to coordinate flooring installers either a plumbing contractor! Major win! Gary and Matt came out to do the install. They showed up on time every day of the three day install and they worked non-stop only taking one or two short breaks and one was constantly working while the other took a few moments to eat. They were very pleasant and respectful. The work they did was swift...but carefully done. They completed everything, damaging nothing, and doing a fantastic job. We did not need to ask for any touch-ups or adjustments. We are very happy with their professionalism and work quality. Thank-you gentlemen!! Our new floor looks fantastic. I am so happy we took the lesser bid from a smaller company that we hadn't heard much about. They truly did an amazing job....and I didn't pay $4k to keep ProSource in their huge fancy building

Since I've been sick, my wife Karen has told me that I drag my feet when I walk. We live in a 1990 Titan double wide, & the carpet has a torn place in the center between the bedroom & living room. I have been getting my feet caught in the torn place, & have fallen quite a few times. I have been wanting to have the carpet replaced. I reached out to several carpet companies in our area, & I explained that we didn't have the money to pay for the carpet to be replaced. Josh Wright emailed me back. He personally came to our home, measured the two rooms, & very soon afterwards, his co-worker Laurie sent us his VERY generous estimate. Josh had reduced the price for the new carpet, & padding. During this period, I had been asking many agencies, churches & organizations to see if they would help us with raising the money we needed. By GOD'S grace, we were able to raise the total amount for the new carpet, & it's installation. We are scheduled for the Wright's Carpet installation team to come this coming Friday.
