I would not recommend Dr. Salyani to anyone looking for honest, patient-focused dental care. From my experience, the priority here seems to be profit -- not people. This office charges $10,000 for Invisalign, while most other reputable clinics in town offer it for around $6,500. Despite using his "Platinum" Invisalign status to justify the inflated price, I've since learned that these titles are awarded based purely on the number of cases sold each year, and DO NOT reflect success rate, patient satisfaction, or clinical expertise. When I questioned my treatment plan, communication quickly became delayed and inconsistent. The Treatment Coordinator's responses felt evasive and, at times, deliberately misleading. At one point, I was told an email had already been responded to -- but when that email was forwarded to me (weeks later), it was obvious the reply had been manually typed in to appear as though it had been sent earlier. The timestamp, format, and content made it clear it was fabricated after the fact after I was deliberately ignored. I was also told I needed multiple "preventative" fillings despite having a long history of healthy teeth. That didn't sit right with me, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Sure enough, and just as I suspected, the new dentist confirmed (both visually and through X-rays) that my teeth were perfectly fine. It wasn't until Dr. Salyani made me question his integrity that I started shopping around for a new provider -- and to my surprise, he has quite the reputation around town. That, combined with the clinic's constant staff turnover, says a lot about how things are really run behind the scenes. The whole experience felt more like a hard sell at a used car lot than a visit to a healthcare professional. If you value transparency, ethics, and consistency in your care -- look elsewhere. And spare me the canned responses like "Different dentists have different philosophies" or "We can't find you in our system." I went to visit Dr. Salyani for the first time 2 years ago. I really wasn't looking forward to having to find a new dentist, to be honest. Well...turns out I was concerned for no reason at all. Dr. Salyani and the rest of the staff were not only friendly and compassionate, but the warm way they make you feel is only surpassed by their expertise at dentistry and keeping your teeth and gums healthy. Dr. Salyani is a world-class dentist, and also so nice and friendly. He makes sure you feel comfortable and right at home and his work is truly amazing. His offices are state of the art and you get the sense that he is not only happy in his work but he has also created an environment that makes a visit to a dentist the best it can possibly be. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Salyani and the rest of the staff. They are terrific people and excellent at their craft. Dr. Salyani is very caring and sensitive to his patients needs and genuinely very nice! He saw me quickly as a new patient and multiple times thereafter to diligently ensure the points of pain were addressed immediately. He took different approaches to localize the pain I was experiencing to one area. Dr. Salyani explains everything and takes images of the process while he works so you can see every step and was so caring in every way. My highest praise go to Dr.Salyani. He is highly competent in his field and beyond; using state of the art equipment which is very reassuring and incredibly knowledgeable in a complete medical scope. An added bonus was having a massage in the dental chair to ease lower back pain while dental work was getting done. He was patient and helpful at every visit and did not rush as he is a perfectionist to ensure patient satisfaction. The whole staff is so accommodating, skilled, warm and friendly. This is a great group of professionals that I trust & highly recommend. They set the standard for patient care.They always make me feel at ease when I walk into the office.
