The Dentist was not helpful did not answer any of my question on what will help with the pain the prices or any other questions. but that lady at the front helped so much. The dentist took us up to the front at the end of the appointment and the lady at the front was speaking on the phone but the dentist was trying to talk her and was getting mad and started rolling his eyes because she was busy on the phone and not listening. While she was working with my estimates for my daughters Dr.Shafi came back out asking where the lady at the front desk put a chart and she said she did not touch it and he said well I guess it moved itself. After words he came back and said he found it in his office. I felt so bad for the lady at the front no one should be spoken too or treated like that. DO NOT RECOMMEND SEEING DR.shafi not a very nice guy. I would recommend that Dr.shafiei treat his staff better with more respect.

I would not recommend Dr. Salyani to anyone looking for honest, patient-focused dental care. From…read moremy experience, the priority here seems to be profit -- not people. This office charges $10,000 for Invisalign, while most other reputable clinics in town offer it for around $6,500. Despite using his "Platinum" Invisalign status to justify the inflated price, I've since learned that these titles are awarded based purely on the number of cases sold each year, and DO NOT reflect success rate, patient satisfaction, or clinical expertise. When I questioned my treatment plan, communication quickly became delayed and inconsistent. The Treatment Coordinator's responses felt evasive and, at times, deliberately misleading. At one point, I was told an email had already been responded to -- but when that email was forwarded to me (weeks later), it was obvious the reply had been manually typed in to appear as though it had been sent earlier. The timestamp, format, and content made it clear it was fabricated after the fact after I was deliberately ignored. I was also told I needed multiple "preventative" fillings despite having a long history of healthy teeth. That didn't sit right with me, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Sure enough, and just as I suspected, the new dentist confirmed (both visually and through X-rays) that my teeth were perfectly fine. It wasn't until Dr. Salyani made me question his integrity that I started shopping around for a new provider -- and to my surprise, he has quite the reputation around town. That, combined with the clinic's constant staff turnover, says a lot about how things are really run behind the scenes. The whole experience felt more like a hard sell at a used car lot than a visit to a healthcare professional. If you value transparency, ethics, and consistency in your care -- look elsewhere. And spare me the canned responses like "Different dentists have different philosophies" or "We can't find you in our system." You know exactly who I am -- and I have the receipts to back that this is all factual.

Well...turns out I was concerned for no reason at all. Dr. Salyani and the rest of the staff were not only friendly and compassionate, but the warm way they make you feel is only surpassed by their expertise at dentistry and keeping your teeth and gums healthy. Dr. Salyani is a world-class dentist, and also so nice and friendly. He makes sure you feel comfortable and right at home and his work is truly amazing. His offices are state of the art and you get the sense that he is not only happy in his work but he has also created an environment that makes a visit to a dentist the best it can possibly be. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Salyani and the rest of the staff. They are terrific people and excellent at their craft. Tana was so rude to the other lady that works on the front as the other lady was running back and forth from front to back helping everyone and tana was so rude. Dr. Maga was and is always so nice same with Lorna and the other new girl in the back. I would suggest getting a new lady on the front and get rid of that tana lady she makes you day much worse. I am not a fan of getting needles in my mouth. Was happy to be offered laughing gas to help with my…read morenerves. Also they do not ask to take unnecessary x-rays. Very friendly staff.
