As a small, family-owned business local to the Portland area, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. From the very first phone call, Chantal was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She responded to my follow-up email promptly and with the same level of care. When I explained my situation, Mike (the owner) personally squeezed me into his already busy schedule for the very next day -- even driving out of his way to my home in Sandy. The travel fee was more than worth it for the quality of service I received. I had a particularly tough biohazard pet stain (not urine, but still a real challenge). I had already tried cleaning it three times myself with a home carpet shampoo vacuum with zero success. Mike assessed the situation right away, recommended the perfect combination of services and products for my specific issue, and completely resolved it. After my outstanding experience last year, they were at the top of my list to give my repeat…read morebusiness to this year. So I contacted them for a slightly bigger job than they did last year (more rooms). Mike responded, giving me a date and time, I explained what I needed done and gave me a quote which I accepted. The agreed upon day/time came and went, and he was a no-show and with no contact. I called and got his voice mail, and no returned call. That really sucks. I hope he's ok, but I'm obviously extremely frustrated after doing all the work to move everything around from 4 rooms, and set up my cats in a place where they are safe and out of the way. This has obviously been a really bad experience, very unlike last year. Time to find a new carpet cleaning company.
