We had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer and damaging the grill and radiator of our van. The estimated timeframe to get it fixed was a few weeks with so many cars coming in for hail damage recently. They finished it up early and even sent someone to pick me up so I could come get the van. The repair looked great but as I was looking it over I found a hairline crack in the bumper that was not there before the accident. I stopped back over and the manager took a look and said it needed handled as well. I'm not sure why it was missed but people make mistakes and I appreciated very much that they handled it the next week and had the entire bumper fixed within two days. I'm a firm believer in being professional and asking for a mistake to be reviewed and they were courteous and professional in return. I have gotten my vehicle repaired 3 different times here. They do a great job every time, and I also enjoy the detail work they do on the inside as well. They even offered a free car wash after a paint job to make sure the paint settles correctly. Everyone is very friendly too! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I got into a collision that damaged my radiator, I was told I'd have my car back in eight days. It took over a month to get my car back. I would call to ask about the progress and every single time I called, it was always something new. It went from radiator damage, to body damage, to the AC being damaged, the hood not opening, countless excuses that were just prolonging the time (again, I was told eight days after the evaluation). I wish I would've taken my car to a different shop. read more
