If I could give them a zero I would. Lack of customer servive. Zero follow up calls to the customer or to the warrenty company in this particular incident. Got hung up on by the service desk clerk. I the customer had to reach out multiple time to the warrenty company only to find out that Delaney had not had any communication with them even after I told them they needed to call the warrenty company after speaking to them 2 weeks after the first inspection and diagnosis of the problem. Only time they did something was when I was physically at the dealership. And here it is a month later and I'm not any farther in the process. They set another inspection appointment only to cancel the day before. Anybody there that needs to talk to customers excluding the sales people need to be fired and that goes for the manager down to the incompetent service guy Jacob. And the true kicker I bought the vehicle there. This place is a complete joke and should be closed down. read more

I reached out to the service department to have my front brakes changed. I scheduled the appt for 8am (the earliest available), and dropped my vehicle off the night prior so it was ready to go. At 1030 that morning I called to check on the status of my vehicle, and I was informed it had no yet been pulled into the shop. I told them to not perform the maintenance, and I would pick it up and take it elsewhere. When I arrived they had put it in a lift, and ignored my request. Well, after doing the maintenance, it turns out they only did a brake check rather than a brake replacement. Last but not least, I was told to wait out front for my vehicle to be pulled around. After 30 minutes I went back inside and asked where myvehicle was, and it was still sitting outside their shop. Some real winners they have at Delaney. Oh, and my vehicle still tells me my right front tire needs air. A simple fix that I am capable of doing myself, but a thorough service department would have noticed and taken care of it. read more

Terrible service. We hit a pothole and one of our calipers was damaged. We paid $1000.00 to have all 4 brakes and rotors replaced but somehow, the caliper was overlooked. We paid for detailing but the outside was washed (and it was raining when we picked up the car). There is something wrong with our windshield wipers. We will never ever ever deal with these people again. They used to be great but not anymore. If you would like to overpay, and not receive the services for which you paid, Delauney's is for you. If not, go elsewhere. read more

Went to the parts department to get a replacement key for my Chevrolet Cruze, desk person attached the key to the new fob but couldn't program it to the car. Told me the key started the car. After I drove home I tried the new keyfob the next time I used the car, it unlocked the ignition but wouldn't start the car. I ended up going to another dealer and they fixed my key problem in less than an hour. read more

I took my Traverse in for new brake pads. I was immediately greeted by Tina in the Service Dept. She took great care in going over what service would be done on my Traverse. The mechanic did a great job replacing my brake pads. I couldn't be happier with the service I get at Delaney's! read more

My advice, don't bother with these people. One of the worst service departments I've ever experienced!! They lie and are down right rude to their customers! Not sure how they've been in business as long as they have with the poorest customer experience I've ever had. We have actual videos of the things wrong with our vehicle and they still call us "liars" and continually tell us there is "nothing wrong with our car". Have even taken it to other dealerships who said there were problems and yet when taken to Delaneys, was told "nothing wrong". And let's not forget how rude they are to us. My guess is they obviously don't treat everyone this way bc how could they possibly still be in business but I wouldn't want to take the chance of being treated the way we have. We will NEVER buy another car from them and mainly because of how we've been treated through service. It's pretty bad when a salesman asks you " why do you even come back here?" That's when we explain that there have been so many problems with the car, that no other GM dealer will work on it bc they don't want the hassle and yes, they're allowed to deny a GM vehicle under warranty bc we've already looked into that. Let me remind you, we have VIDEOS proving the problems with this car. I mention that again bc Delaneys has always insinuated that we're the one lying and/or exaggerating or just don't know what we're talking about! We have even had sales manager tell us that there is something indeed wrong with the car bc he has the exact same one but when taken BACK to service department and STILL, nothing wrong with it..."thats just the way it was made" Thanks to freedom Ford in ebensburg for working on it when the dealer will not. read more

Horrible experience. Drove over 2 hrs, just to find the used vehicle I was planning to buy had deep scratches down the side. They acted surprised and claimed it must have happened on the lot over the weekend bc it wasn't there when I talked to them on Friday, even though part of the scratches already had rust on them! Later I asked them to come down on the price bc of the damage, at which point they had the balls to say the damage was already factored into the price!!! What? Sorry but you can't have it both ways. Said they'd fix it...but just ended up looking like they used Wite-Out! You can't just paint over surface rust without taking it down to the bare metal or it will quickly look like crap again. My grandma bought a car from there a year ago and when she just went to get it inspected they said there was over $1,000 of mechanical stuff they (said) needed fix. So she went to a reputable shop and nothing was wrong and of course it just happened to be that everything that conveniently needed fixed wasn't under warranty scam! yes for sure. I have already found a lawyer for my grandma to pursue this joke of a business and filed with the Attorney general. I ordered a part from Delaney's for a Chevy Cruze I was rebuilding after an accident. I was told when I ordered the part that I would be contaced when it came in, most likely Thursday or Friday. On Friday afternoon I hadn't heard from them so I called and was told that the part was infact in. I wasn't going to make it to pick it up by closing time Friday, but I was told that the parts department was open Saturdays. Saturday I drove to Delaney's, arriving at about 3pm. The sign on the parts door states they are open until 5pm on Saturday, but they were already gone for the day. I asked a salesman if I could get my part and he told me that they don't do anything with parts, and that it is common for the parts guys to leave early Saturday. I told the salesman to have the parts department send it back. I ended up ordering the part online for less money, and it arrived in my mailbox 3 days later. Thanks for wasting a couple hours of my Saturday. Delaney's is on my never again list. read more

I have never seen a more incompetent car dealership. I bought a new 2014 Chevy sonic, on the way home the tire starts leaking. We take the car back and they swear they fixed it after a two hour wait. After a week low tire pressure pops up on the dash board. This has been going on for a year and a half. After several visits they finally admitted it may be the tire. They said they changed the tire and sealed it. Now last night the low tire pressure symbol comes on again. They won't communicate with you, the dealership will put you in the waiting room, they won't answer any questions you may ask. You are better off going to any other dealership in the area. I will never be buying from Chevy again. read more
