The only thing I was a bit salty about upon moving in was that the model unit they showed me was fairly misleading, as in A LOT nicer than the unit you actually get, so just something to keep in mind. Maintenance was very prompt for the most part and they were always friendly and respectful. Only issues I would say is that sometimes delivery people don't understand/see that we have a building specifically for deliveries and they end up leaving packages at the front of the building your unit is in, or they end up catching someone leaving and leave it inside or at your door, and management has no signs anywhere to direct deliveries to the designated building. As someone who lived alone for a short lease, it was pretty decent. You do hear some loud neighbors/yelling sometimes but nothing crazy that would keep you up at night or wake you up randomly.

WARNING: IF YOU OWN A VEHICLE DO NOT LIVE HERE…read more For the most part, Heritage Heights is a decent market-rate property. However, they have a major parking problem, and the management has outright refused to address the issue. Their solution: Pay $50 a month extra for a garage (if you own a full-sized pickup it won't fit) to ensure you have off street parking. Even now (2/20/19) I've been told there's a waitlist for garages. Parking here is NOT controlled. They give you a parking pass, but this is just window dressing. The parking lots are for everyone's use (residents, off lease people living here, friends, and even random people). In winter the property management hires a vendor to plow the snow in the lots. The problem is they plow it in to parking spaces. In the lot in front of my building we've already lost 10 spaces to snow storage. The lot is commonly full by 7:00 PM and, if you leave, you're likely going to have to park on the street and take your chances with getting a ticket (like several residents 3 days ago). Still the management refuses to act to ensure residents have a place to park, or even enforce parking of residents only (and give guests temp parking passes or a few spaces in each lot). Don't take my word for it, ask the following questions when calling or on your tour: 1. Is there enough parking to ensure residents can find parking off-street? 2. Is parking an issue in the winter? 3. If I can't find a place to park when I arrive, and it's a snow emergency, where do I park? Finally, STOP and ask residents themselves before you go in or as you leave. They'll confirm what this review states.

What made it worse was at one point I was actually nervous coming home everyday because I was constantly being harassed by one of my neighbors(that management was aware of and did not care) or management themselves. Another thing that's very irritating living in these apartments is when you tell management your stuff doesn't work and they make no effort to fix it until 2 weeks before you move out, then entered my apartment without giving ANY notice to come fix it. Having a small daughter it's very frightening knowing they sent some man in here without giving me ANY notice at all.
