Three times were for business travel out of Philadelphia International Airport, and one time was for our Honeymoon flight out of Newark Liberty International Airport. All three drivers I encountered were professional, courteous, and EARLY (Harold, Bruce, and Bernard). Their fees are reasonable and their cars are always spotless. Uber plays a large part in my personal life (ooooh, we love Happy Hour!), but there is no way I am trusting an Uber driver to get me to the airport on time. Ernie's is worth the (slightly) higher cost due to their efficiency and reliability. I am thrilled to have found a solid transportation company in my (new) area. The dispatcher called me back immediately after I left a message with the company, and was friendly and helpful in coordinating travel details for an airport pickup for my parents, who are... not technology friendly. Dispatcher called me back the afternoon of my parent's scheduled arrival with specific info on their driver - name, phone #, etc - in addition to trying to text it to them. (Nice try, my parents don't understand texting.) Their driver called moments after they stepped off the plane, and he was available curbside to them as soon as they'd collected their luggage. I'd warned them that there was quite a bit of luggage, so the driver had even brought an assistant to help him load up. Mom reported that the SUV they sent was clean and well cared for, and still had plenty of room for her, my dad, and their 8 suitcases. Driver was friendly and attentive. Mom could not have been more pleased. She even asked for his card! (Mom NEVER does this, because she finds fault with EVERYTHING.) I think it's safe to say we've found our new transportation service! ETA - this company and 1 Luxury Limousine are the same company. (Reviews are pretty great on both.) Not sure why there are two profiles, but it seemed worth mentioning.

One of the things we appreciated most was that they stored our car seats for us during our cruise, so they were ready and waiting for us on our return trip. Our kids absolutely adored Chris and still ask, "When do we get to ride in Chris's van again?" That says everything about the experience we had! Jenn was also incredible. The flight was delayed approx 1 1/2 hours. We landed at 1:35am, turned on phones to a message from Christina that because the flight wouldn't be in until almost 2:00 am they couldn't pick us up. Yes, she texted us while we were in the air knowing we couldn't get the message. They refunded our money, but we're left taxiing to the gate wondering how we're going to get 9 people home at 2:00am. Thank goodness we don't live further away, as we were able to Uber - at 2:00am - with our kids - in Philly. Not a great end to our vacation. Do they not know that in their line of business they will have people who might be delayed out of their control? What kind of business does that?!? What kind of human being for that matter? I will never use this service again and I will make sure everyone I know who's looking for transportation knows which service not to use. We didn't just use Uber in the first place because we wanted a company who would value our business and take care of us.
