Driver was waiting for me at the bottom of the escalator, help with my luggage and was very friendly. The car was clean but the water left for me was HOT! For an 8.4 mile trip from the airport to my hotel was $135! I decided to cancel the ride on the way back-couldn't justify another $135 for a 15 minute ride. I had an amazing experience in June 2020 -- we had to get to JFK and didn't want to take public transport in this pandemic. I semi-last minute booked 2 SUV's for my center city Philly wedding just to get myself and my dad and also my now husband and our photographers to our first look destination. It was only a few blocks, but totally worth it when the weather was 85 degrees and humid and we were running late. Our drivers arrived early and let me know via text, were flexible about us running late and also about coordinating 2 cars where my husband and I would not see each other, the drivers were extremely polite, had water waiting in the car, my driver made sure my wedding dress didn't fall into a puddle and he even helped my dad find the right time for me to hop out of the car so my husband didn't see me cross the street on route to my first look. My first time ever using this limousine service. Four of us were visiting Philly for the first time & since we didn't know the city, figured we would use a service for our airport pick up and ride to our hotel. Our driver wasn't waiting for us when we got to the baggage pick-up, but in fairness, our flight was early. He came rushing in as I called, and we were able to get to his car, loaded up and leave the airport so quickly that at the bank of toll booths as we left the garage, there was no charge. EXCEPT, we were charged the $6 parking fee anyway......Not Fair!!!!!! Philadelphia Limousine contacted me after my review was posted and they credited me the parking fee. read more

I called Philly Limo to get information for my friend's bachelorette party, and the Customer Service agent was incredibly rude. I asked her all normal questions, and she not only acted as if my questions were inconvenient (pricing, when your card is charged, etc.), but when I asked about an interesting security measure the company has, she proceeded to tell me that she didn't have time for my questions and hung up on me. Highly unprofessional right from the get-go, so I have very little confidence in the rest of their customer experience. I've never been treated with such disrespect from any company EVER (and I've worked with a lot of wedding and transportation vendors). Do not use this company. This woman on the phone also needs to be fired. She just lost business for you and it looks like it's not the first time (from other reviews). read more

I have been using this service for many, many years. The company is top notch. First, the car always arrives EARLY (usually at least 15 minutes) and the driver patiently waits until you are ready to leave - but it is nice to know you can leave early if you are ready early. Second, the cars are new and clean, and the drivers are safe drivers - unlike most cabs and even most ubers these days. I usually have the same driver, David, and he is fantastic. Grabs the luggage, opens the door, etc. They have my address, credit card info, etc., on file, so all I need to do is call and give them pick up details, and I am all set. You get an email confirmation; and can even reserve via email (at least I think so, as I have done it a couple of times). The rate seems to be competitive with other limo services, but honestly I haven't compared in a while because I have no desire to change. read more

This was the first time my sister and I were in Philadelphia. We needed to be driven to a theological seminary outside of the main city. If it were not for Ed, our driver -who arrived a little early and was totally "chill" - we would have been 50 shades of lost and probably fish food at the bottom of the Delaware River.
